In one example, the boards can be located low to restrain a Sub laying on their back on a bench with their neck and wrists restrained between the boards and their face towards the ceiling. The Subs lower body can be strapped down to the bench while the Subs legs can be lifted and parted using the short red and black slings each attached to a chain and hooked to the frame.
